Disclaimer: there's quite a lot of talking about me and what I've done below, but I'm far more interested in what you do and want to achieve. So please let me know your challenges and if I might be able to work with you on them.
My background has been across professional services and education, amongst others, I have worked for an economic consultancy, an international education publisher and the number 1 ranked University in the World.
Over the last five and a half years I worked as Head of Marketing for Executive Education, Open Enrolment Programmes at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In that time I helped our Financial Times Ranking rise from 12th to 2nd globally, and exceeded revenue targets, with my most recent year 57% above budget.
My work has focussed on marketing an expanding portfolio of educational programmes both on campus, and more recently to over 6,000 students internationally with the world-leading education technology platform partner 2U.
Leading a team of marketers, my approach has pioneered the use of a content strategy, moving away from a more traditional advertising approach. My specialism has been in the development of strategies to engage an audience through messaging development, surfacing of content, and innovative campaign testing.

My real interest lies in aligning and balancing people, systems and objectives. It's great having a sophisticated automation system and CRM, with a talented team of marketers, and a clear set of business goals, but unless you ensure every element is aligned it's very difficult to optimise performance.
